MySQL 정의되지 않은 변수 : POST-PHP 및 MySQL

다음과 같은 양식이 있습니다.

이 정보를 다음과 같이 데이터베이스에 쓰려고합니다.

하지만 계속 오류가 발생합니다.

Undefined variable: POST
